Your Time and Talents Make a Difference

Every helping hand strengthens our parish. Whether you can sing, organize, cook, or simply greet others with a smile — there’s a place for you to serve.
Become a Volunteer

Serving the Parish Family

Our parish committees bring together volunteers who share their time, talents, and care for the good of the whole community.
Each team contributes in its own way — through music, organization, maintenance, or simple acts of hospitality — reminding us that every service offered in love is part of the Church’s mission.

Choir

Roles: Choir Singer

Share your God  given talent to glorify God. The choir leads the congregation in singing during Divine Liturgy. Everyone is welcome to join us in the choir loft. Practises are held as needed. Participation in the choir builds friendship, joy, and a deeper sense of worship.

Hospitality & Fellowship

Roles: Coffee & Fellowship Team · Parish Ushers

Our hospitality teams help ensure that everyone who walks through our doors feels at home.
Ushers greet parishioners, assist during the Liturgy, and offer quiet support wherever needed.
After services, the Coffee & Fellowship Team prepares simple refreshments, creating a warm space where conversation and friendship flourish — because community grows strongest when shared together.

Church Cleaning & Care

Roles: Cleaning Coordinator · Cleaning Team Volunteers

A clean and welcoming church is an act of reverence.
Families and individuals take turns caring for our worship spaces, hall, and kitchen, ensuring that they reflect the love and hospitality of our community.
Rotation for cleaning is about twice yearly. Please give us your gift of time to clean God’s House. A sign up list is on the bulletin Board.

Maintenance & Grounds

Roles: Maintenance Coordinator · Maintenance Team

Caring for God’s house means caring for every detail.
The Maintenance Team looks after repairs, seasonal upkeep, and the security of our buildings and grounds. Whether trimming grass, shoveling snow, or fixing what needs mending, their work keeps our parish safe, functional, and beautiful throughout the year.

Fundraising & Community Life

Roles: Fundraising Coordinator · Event Volunteers

Our fundraising activities do more than meet financial needs — they bring people together in shared purpose and joy. From dinners and raffles to seasonal events, these efforts strengthen fellowship while sustaining parish ministries and outreach.

Perogy Supper Committee

Status: To Be Determined

Beloved across generations, parish perogy suppers celebrate faith, food, and friendship. This committee helps organize these gatherings — preparing meals, coordinating volunteers, and sharing Ukrainian hospitality with the wider community.

Communications Team

Roles: Communications Coordinator · Media Volunteers

Through the parish website, bulletins, and social media, the Communications Team helps keep our parish connected and informed. Their work ensures that every announcement, post, and photo reflects our mission: to proclaim faith with clarity, joy, and beauty.
