The Ukrainian Catholic Women’s League of Canada (UCWLC) is a national organization of laywomen dedicated to the spiritual growth of its members and to serving the Church and society.
At St. Vladimir Parish, our branch of the UCWLC plays a vital role in parish life through prayer, fellowship, and charitable service. Our members embody the call to discipleship by working together for the glory of God and the good of others.
The UCWLC is built on four guiding pillars:
Catholic Faith — Deepening and enriching the spiritual life of every member through prayer and active participation in Church life.
Ukrainian Culture — Preserving and celebrating the richness of Ukrainian heritage within Canadian society.
Social Development — Promoting Christian values through civic responsibility, moral awareness, and community engagement.
Charitable Activities — Serving those in need through works of mercy and love, both locally and abroad.
Together, these aims nurture faith-filled women who live the Gospel through action.

Why join the UCWLC? As the only Ukrainian Catholic organization for laywomen that has branch, eparchial and national levels,
- We focus on serving and developing our members spiritually and culturally.
- Our members work on social and moral issues that affect the future of our society.
- We reach out to the poor and underprivileged.
- We offer friendship and prayer to all our members.
We warmly invite all women of our parish to join the Ukrainian Catholic Women’s League of Canada.
